The school was founded in 1975 and, today, is ranked among the leading schools in Ireland. The school is in an elegant, Georgian house not far from the center of Cork. A second building, mainly used during the summer months, is located approximately 50m from the main building. In addition to the 24 modernly equipped classrooms, the school has a comfortable lounge, a study room with a library, computer-aided learning programs and video equipment as well as a small garden. Host Family
These accommodations are up to 40 minutes from the school. You have a single room and have the choice of two standards (normal and high). With the high standard room, you have more comforts, however, a private bath is NOT guaranteed. The host family will collect you from the airport (included in the price). If you book half-board, full-board is automatically included on the weekends.

Apartment CLCI
The school offers its own student apartments. The students have a single room in an apartment (2 - 4 students per apartment) and share the bath/WC. These apartments include a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a television. The bed linens are included, but you must bring your own towels (washing is available). The apartments may be booked throughout the entire year and are located approximately 5 - 15 minutes from the school.

Rooms in the student residence may be booked throughout the entire year. This residence is located approximately 10 minutes by foot from the school. You live in a single room with a private bathroom; you share the kitchen and living room (with television) with other students. Travel
There is a shuttlebus from Dublin Airport to Dublin city. Change at the train station "Heuston Station" and take the train to Cork. Train schedules can be found at www.irishrail.ie. Total travel time is approximately 3 hours. There are only a few direct flights to Cork.
