The School
The school is located in an historic building in the middle of old Siena. The freshly renovated building is from the Middle Ages and has quiet, spacious, bright classrooms. Furthermore, there is a terrace, veranda and a courtyard, where students can spend their free time enjoying the fresh air. In addition, there is a lounge inside the school. There is a well-equipped library, a study room with videos and cassettes as well as internet access. There are 5 computers for students' use in addition to the internet connections student can access if they bring a Laptop.
Highly motivated teachers design excellent and interesting lessons. Additionally, there is a daily workshop.
Recently, the school has added a cooking course, which takes place in the building. The first floor has a fully-equipped kitchen, a terrace and a dining room.

Host Family
You live with a host family in a single room with half-board. Double rooms are only available with two bookings. Most families live outside of the old town. Often times you live with a family, but there are also many single people who host students, as well. By living with your host, you have the possiblity of practicing your Italian every day.

You share the apartments with other students. You live in a single room and share the kitchen, bathroom and living room (meals are not included).

There are also studio apartments available. These are single or double rooms with a higher standard. All apartments have a kitchenette, telephone, TV and separate bathroom.

Leisure time
The school organizes social and cultural activities. There are excursions to historic sites, tours through the city or walking through the hilly countryside. In the evenings, students meet in restaurants and, during the summer months, at classical music concerts. The monthly entertainment program will inspire you. If you are in Siena in the summer, do not miss the most important event of the year, the Palio (horse-racing).
