The Tamwood International College is located in the center of Vancouver on Burrand Street, not far from shopping and restaurants. The school offers English courses in 7 different grades. All of the school rooms were recently renovated and radiate a personal and friendly atmosphere. There is a computer room and lounge available for student use.
The school has a good mix of nationalities: Central and South Americans, Asians and Europeans come to this school, in addition to a small number of Swiss students.

Additional Courses
Private courses, instruction by a teacher at home, Enlgish for Lawyers and part-time course (10 lessons per week) upon request.
Beginners must book a minimum of 5 private lessons, before joining a group course.

Leisure time

Vancouver offers a wide variety of free-time possibilities. The school regularly organizes activities and excursions. In addition to trips to the capital city, Victoria, Seattle or the mountain resort, Whistler, the school arranges grill parties, movie nights, visits to museums, as well as sporting events. Participation in these activities is voluntary and costs extra. Students may book activities through and pay directly to the school.
