The School
The school is located in the outermost part of the city center; not far from there, you will find a multitude of restaurants, coffee shops and stores. The famous "Balboa Park", one of the most magnificent parks and zoos in America, is only a short hop away by foot. The main arteries of the city are near the school. The train and trolley stations are also only a few minutes away.
The school is on the third floor of a modern office building. Its bright classrooms and large community room offer a pleasant learning atmosphere.

Most students live with a painstakingly selected host family in a single room with breakfast or half-board (breakfast and dinner).

You live in a single room without meals. The bathroom in on the floor and is shared with others living in the building. The residence lies in the center of San Diego and there is a fully-equipped community kitchen and laundry room. The school is approximately 15 to 20 minutes away by foot.

Leisure time
Next to the fantastic Balboa Park with the zoo, is the world famous Sea World®. On the weekends, be sure to plan a trip to Disneyland® in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Mexiko. There is practically no end to the free-time activities in the area: surfing, golf, fishing, wave riding, water skiing, deep-sea diving, sailing, swimming, horseback riding, jogging and cycling. It is also worth the trip to see the American naval fleet, as San Diego is where the largest US aircraft carrier is stationed.
